there is a screw on the throttle body i guess thats adjusts the air for the rpms? how tight should this plastic screw be? and can there being too much air coming in have anything to do with my clutch? seems like when i shift it dosent want to go into gear.and you can hear it shifting ,i checked the fluid and thats fine but i didnt have this shifting prob. till after the screw was played with......thank you

nothing to do with it dude. The screw is the BISS screw and controls the idle.

yea you got something else wrong. Does it do it in every gear?

i hate trying to diagnose via the internet. what engine do you have? the throttle body for the 4g15 is completely different than the one on the 4g93. I'd say take it to a shop and have them take a look at your throttle position sensor. I had a similar problem (at least with the idle) on my other Mirage. if you're having problems going between gears (you said "clutch" so i'm assuming you have a 5spd) it very well might be the gear sincro's. is there any specific gear that you have trouble getting into?
