Arrow Need help replacing front passenger tire

Hey guys,

I am trying to replace a tire that was slashed but I am running into some problem. It seems pretty stupid that I can't figure it out. I removed the four nuts but the tire is still on there. The weird thing is the tire is locked, it only rotates a little then stops. I was wondering if I need to loosen the drive shaft nut that's in the center because I am not sure if it needs to be actually loosened for the tire to come off.

I also don't know why there is a pin in the center nut, will that help me remove the nut or do I need to use a breaker bar?. This is my first time replacing a tire so thank you very much for any help!

The tire is probably "frozen" on. A couple of strong blows with a hammer or your foot, should free it. Don't loosen the axel nut or remove the cotter pin, that's only if you need to remove the axel. And the wheel only spins so much because it's a front wheel drive vehicle. Hope this helped.
