Got a 1997 Mirage LS 1.8. Getting this code with poor gas mileage and now a whining noise. Thinking alternator. Noise not as bad when air conditioner running, Also thinking tensioner pulley on power steering belt. Any ideas would be appreciated. Runs fine other than code and noise.
