P0505 code just wont clear

P0505 code just wont clear
I have a 2000 Mitsubishi Mirage DE 1.8L automatic trans.
recently a P0505 code popped up for an Idle Air Control Valve issue along with check engine light.
I replaced the Idle Air Control Valve and the code still popped up. So I had the throttle body cleaned thuroughly. Still didnt go away. I checked the Idle speed adjustment screw to see if that was the issue and it seemed like it was vibrating itself loose so I put some teflon on it. Code still pops up.
so then I decided to swap the Idle air control valve again along with throttle position sensor and a new mass air flow sensor, and a new connector going to the Idle air control valve and the P0505 code continues to pop up.
Any idea what the issue could be?
