Is the transmission on the 20th anniversary 03 Montero the same as the sport for that year, or is there another part out there?
I have had my Montero since 03, great shape mechanically only about 150,000 miles. Transmission suddenly out and nobody is willing to even look at it because parts are hard to come by.
To say I am sad is an understatement, I'm facing the possibility it just may be an impossible repair.
looking for any insight on replacement options.
