1990 3.0L v6 Montero, automatic.

I let it run out of oil and the engine is toast... embarrassing. having trouble finding info on what engines are compatible for a swap. is there an existing thread or would anyone be willing to share?

will the 4g54 manual gear box fit onto a 4g63 manual block. Im also doing a engine swap
