The second picture shows a group of recessed bolts that just spin when turned from the other side. How do they come out? I have tried to take them out with a socket, and they just turn. I even used an impact wrench, but it seems that something is holding them? But, there isn't anything visible. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the bolts out? Also, what is part that the bolts are threaded into? Does anyone have a part number? What to do if it's striped?
