New to the board. I'm a fairly experienced car guy. I'm shopping for a new rig for my Nephew. I've found a 1999 Montero with 152k for 1800. The add says new timing belt a couple years back and new tires. Clear coat peeling. What should I watch out for when looking at one of these rigs? I can fix anything but I don't want a project. It needs to be a driver with minor fixes along the way. I've had a couple Mitsubishi's that have gone 200k+ with minor issues.
