i have seen this issue before with no clear solution. when i plug anything into the console outlet (under the armrest) the horn blows non stop. and it takes hitting panic, unlock, etc on the remote to make it stop. My cigarette lighter worked find up until Saturday, and now it has quit. I have checked the fuse by the drivers side left foot, and it appears fine. Just for test purposes, i checked the rear power outlet, and the horn went off on it too. Any ideas on where to start? seems as if a relay or different fuse may be an issue somewhere, but i just dont know where to start.

 

Sounds like a short somewhere along the circuit. Pull out your ohms meter and get to testing.
