I am doing the exhaust on my 2000 Montero Sport 3.0L.

First, does anyone have a diagram/schematic of the entire exhaust system including bolts, etc.? It have the original exhaust and most if not all of the bolts are corroded beyond belief and hard to even make out what is what.

Problem is: The intermediate or center piece of the exhaust broke off the flange/bracket just after the catalytic converter. There was also a weak point after the muffler where the tail pipe meets. All of the bolt holes on this piece were sheered off and unusable. Also, the rear bracket on the muffler was busted. Basically, my entire exhaust was hanging by a thread. So I removed the whole thing. Still need to get the bracket off of the catalytic converter. Heat isn't even working on this so I think the only fix is to cut and drill. The design on this exhaust is beyond annoying.
