I would certainly be interested in the BLACK HOUSING projector halos, I did not like the change after the 02s with the chrome housing. Also I like the style of the 02 tails with the color matched trim, they already look aftermarket, but the LEDs would be smooth.

I could not find any place to buy these, at least in the USA. Usually you find these on ebay, but with the lack of aftermarket already for the Montero, distributors prob. don't even bother stocking these. Such a shame.

If anyone knows where to get the BLACK projector halos, please post.

Now I'm curious as how these are wired and what bulbs come with them.

Most if not all aftermarket projector halos these days come with their own bulbs supplied. Usually its the h3/h4 combo. I'm sure most know with our Monteros we only have 1 bulb for high beam low beam. That would mean that other projector socket in the picture is solely for show. I have HIDs in the stock bulb size, so I would need to know so it installs in the socket of those projectors.

 

Looks like Pajero TD's w/ the after market gear. Did you check UK sites?

I think you're going to struggle here in the U.S. but looks like PR have a means of getting them! Let me know if you find 'em! Sharp!

type MB304-B1BHW on google..its the stock # for the black housing projector headlight for 2001-2006 pajero/montero...there's a store in russia & some chinese store...good luck!!!...i do want these headlight!!...but i cant right now...just want to share this info..

 

I checked out that russian store, they are listed at $255. My next step is find out how to contact them, I sent an email so I hope some one over there speaks english and if they do my next hope is if they ship out of the country, wish me luck!!

They are in Ca. and have lights for other Mitsu vehicles... it may be worth a call to see if they can source and the credit card fraud risks shouldn't be so great... you'd think?

 

I called that store, dude said he has NEVER seen any halo lights for a montero, no luck with the russan store either

 

i dont think russians knows what montero is...try mentioning "pajero"or in europe its called "shogun"...its only here in the states its called "montero"...what u think about retrofit projector headlights?

 

I wrote to two differnt types of stores in russan but no reply. I also wrote in both of them panjero because thats what they have them listed on their sites. those retro lights are expensive, a pair can run up too $500, its like you get to keep your old headlights but with a modification, they dont look as cool as the halo lights which seem to be imposible to get
