I don't know why they went to chrome housing in 03+ You should shoot for the black housing from the 01-02

I confirmed that these aftermarket lights DO NOT use your stock bulbs.

As you are all aware, our lights uses the h4 hi/low. It's 1 bulb with dual filament that switches to low and high beam position.

These aftermarket ones, I always questioned and said look, there are 2 projectors. That can't be right since ours only use 1 single bulb.

After asking another site, someone confirmed that these lights come with their own bulbs, 2 of them, h1/h3 (WHICH IS HOW MOST AFTERMARKET PROJECTORS COME WITH), one for high, one for low beam.

THey said it comes with an adapter harness that splices the lines so the new aftermarket ones would work.

So if you already went and replaced your stock lights with HIDs, then consider those not usuable as you would then have to get a new HID set for h1 and h3 bulbs.

I still want to confirm these with pictures, but no one seems to be able to do this, but the information I got, source said they are sure of it as they did own it.

 

Here is your answer, and the HID is already in the running lights.

Now too bad there is still no reliable AFFORDABLE source to get the BLACK HOUSING ones.

That 2nd part # is for the LED tail lights, if someone wants to invest, buy a 100pcs at 94 each, ill buy them for $150

 

Nope.

Step 1: Pop the grill off
Step 2: Remove the bolt on top and two on the side of the headlight.
Step 3: Pop the wheel well plastic off, or bend back a little and remove the nut.

I don't have pictures, but the nut is the hardest to find but if you take a second you can find it.
