2002 alarm problem

So long story short I lost my keys and went to a dealer and got new keys...well they don't work and my arlam. It's going off....I unplugged the bat...but how do I get alarm to stop with key

Try putting your key in the door and turning it twice. Also you might try doing the same with the trunk if that doesn't work. Hope that helps.

What do you mean "they don't work"? They don't unlock the doors? If the key turns in the lock it should deactivate the alarm.
