Default 2002 Montero Sport Radiator Flush Instructions

Specifically I'm looking to find out where exactly the valve is to release the old coolant from the system so I can do a flush and replace with new coolant.

I've been searching all day on the internet and all afternoon uder the truck.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

The drain plug should be at the bottom of the radiator on the driver's side.

Thanks for the response. I had the hardest time trying to locate it. Crazy thing is, from the few meager responses I was able to dig up, most people have said it was on the driver's side, but I found it on the passenger side at the bottom of the radiator. Again, my model is he 2002 Montero Sport ES.

I guess maybe they had a vehicle where the steering column was on the right instead of the left.

Again thanks for the response.
