Hey guys I just picked up a 2003 montero limited and am going to change the timing belt. Has anyone made a video detailing exactly how to do this on the 3.8?

 

Just look up "Montero timing belt replacenent" on YouTube. There are many videos for Montero, some for Montero Sport, but the general principle and steps are exactly the same.

 

have you done it?
I couldnt find a video for the 6g75 but was able to do it.
Its a long process, careful with not mixing bolts, and use torque wrenches.
Oh, TAKE pics as you disassemble, will come in handy, if you need pointers as you go let me know
