I have a 2004 Montero Sport. My oil light began flashing then came on and stayed there. The oil is not low at all and my SUV now sounds like a diesel or a tractor when its running..in other words theres alot of "knocking" going on. Not knowing much about cars Im assuming that its the oil pump. Is that a correct assumption? Also, where can I get an oil pump for less than $200?
