3.0v6 rough idle

3.0v6 rough idle
Greetings from UK.
I have a 2005 Shogun Sport (Montero Sport in USA) which is suffering from a rough idle.
I cannot find the issue and I was wondering if you guys can give me any hints since there are many Monteros out there.
Idles rough, does not stall, worse is when car is in D with brake applied, if I put it in N it gets better but still not v6like.
So far I've changed:
Oil, filters, gearbox service
Spark plugs (OEM)
Plug wires (OEM)
MAF sensor (OEM)
Purge valve solenoid(s) (OEM)
Complete timing kit, GATES.
IAC cleaned, checked live data seems fine between target rpm and actual rpm.
Compression tested, 185 PSI across all cylinders with difference of max 5 psi between them.
No fault codes whatsoever.
Please if you can advise on what to check, I have good diag tool I can see all live data.
Thanks,
Paul
