Default 90 Montero Cam seal cap install

90 Montero 3.0L Base model.
Replacing camshaft seals front and rear.

The front one I think I've got an approach with a short pipe. AKA The Haynes manual method.

How do I install the rear "cap" seal?
Can I fabricate a press from parts used from the front seal press?

I've got the rocker assemble and cam out. Chilton says to press them in with the "Special Mitsubishi" tool. Another manual, Haynes, said to use a short pipe on the front and rear seal. That doesn't make sense. The cap doesn't have a bolt hole. I'd just as soon install it with the rocker/cam assembly.

I assume it doesn't need sealant, except in the corners of the valve covers at each cam seal as indicated by the manual. 10mm either side of each corner.

Thanks.
