Default 94 Montero 3.5l swap with a 97 3.5l anyone done this one?

Hello all,

New to the Forum. I have a 94 SR with a 3.5l that had the famous balancer pulley bolt fail when I bought it. Half ***'d attempt to remove the broken bolt resulted in a broken easy-out. So...being somewhat dis-interested in pulling the crankshaft I found a 1997 LS with a 3.5 that runs nice but suffered front end damage. Side by side there are some distinct differences between the 2. Question is, do I go forward with the swap and what issues should I expect to encounter, or run them all over with my rock crawler and put the video on you-tube? Thanks so much in advance for the help!!!!
