Default 95 3.0 Cam and Crank sensor errors

Hi all.

My 95' I picked up last year for $300 has been running great, although it threw a CEL every once and a while and I could physical feel it miss a few times, but I just ignored it. Last weekend it wouldn't start, it would crank and catch, but run like crap and die. It did this a few times, then finally caught and ran fine. The CEL was on now. I got home and hooked up the EvoScan software on my laptop and pulled codes 22 and 23. Cam and Crank sensor faults. hmmmm??? Why both of them? Both were replaced last summer when I did the Timing Belt, Water pump.... This made me think it might be a wiring issue so I visually checked the wires and can't see any issues there.

I found this link: https://easyautodiagnostics.com/mits...-sensor-test-1 and checked, I have voltage but no ground to either connection. I'm now wondering if it's the ECU?

Any thoughts from the collective brain trust here?

Thanks in advance.
