Default ABS TCS TCS OFF BRAKE dash lights on

Sorry if this has been addressed before.
03 Montero Limited 117gs miles.
All four corners complete brake job, both rear speed sensor, front vacuum lines and 4wd actuator replaced. 4 different codes being pulled at different times.
Dealership doesn't have a clue but wants to keep the vehicle until it's found (at $135hr).

The other thing it does is if I start it and nothing is on I'll turn the TCS OFF, the light on the dash shows like it should then after driving for a short distance it turns off by itself then moments later all four (ABS, TCS, TCS OFF and Brake) show up and stay on.

I just connected a wire to pin 1 and it was a continuous blink.
