I'm a newbie, so go easy on me. I have always wanted a 7 seater Pajero turbo diesel ever since I saw one
Europe. I know the Montero came to these shores in '86-87(?) in diesel form, but only in 2door models, right?

Anyone out there got a 4door one in the US? Are there a few here somewhere?

Anyone ever converted one? With Mitsu diesel out of an NPR type truck or other? Or converted a 4 door gas
into a diesel using a 2door donor?

There is a nice Pajero in Canada for sale, but it is right hand drive. I heard it's a real bear and $8-10k to
bring it in. Anyone done this? Costs?

Nope, not Monty TD's here. (id love their 2.5TD myself) Only mitsu diesels are their early pickups and parts are getting tough to find for them.
