Default Burping the Monty
Since I'm on a roll, what is the CORRECT way to take the air out of the engine cooling system after replacing the engine coolant?.

2002 Montero, 4x4.

open the coolent cap and let it run...any air bubble in the line will go back to the reservoir with the coolent where you fill it up and escape there........let it run for like 5-10 min and then put the cap back on

By coolant cap, do you mean the cap on the radiator or the cap on the plastic coolant fill bottle?
