Default Butterfly on Intake plenum Rattle

I just finished doing some maintenance (new plugs, wires, plenum gaskets) on my 95 SR and it runs pretty good but i have noticed a rattle around the bushing by the front intake plenum where it connects to the variable intake dashpot. If i disconnect the vacuum hose that connects to the dashpot, it seems to run way smoother. How do i correct this rattle or can i just leave the hose plugged and plug the dashpot connection?

Default Update and Advice

I have taken a look at the area at the front of the lower plenum and think i have a vacuum leak at the bushing that connects the dashpot to the butterfly valve shaft. Is there anyway to rebuild this without a machine shop and if i couldnt do it myself, how much do you think a shop would charge to maching the part? I looked for a used lower plenum but i haven't been able to find one for what i can afford.
