Im looking to purchase a 1990 Montero. Im new to this and i really do not know much about Monteros.

Listed are the specs and let me know if this is a good buy or a goodbye

1990 Montero - 4 Door / $1500
- 1 wiper arm has to be replaced.
- body is in good condition. no rust.
- interior is in good condition.
- turn flashers do not work.
- head gasket has been replaced.
- its got 210,000 miles
- oil is seeping from the engine block
- starts right up.
- ac works great.
- no leaks
- fan spins fast and aux fan spins when ac is engaged
- belts are tight.
- brakes may need replacement.
