Default Front Lower control arms bushings

Hi to all. Any of you replace the front lower control arms bushings???

I'm in the middle of that process and is a real pain. Hard to remove and worst to install. First I install a set of Chinese bushing and they broke during installation. Yesterday I found a set of MOOG bushings (made in Japan). The small bushing was installed but lost the original shape. The second one don't get in place completely. Then I try to install the big one directly to the chassis and entered just half way in when the inner section (rubber) came out of the shell...

Next step, urethane bushings???

Any help will be appreciated.
