Default HELP 94 Montero LS died on the highway

My nephew was driving when it died. I arrived to check out the Montero, and I first noticed that while trying to get it started, it sounded as if the starter was not engaging and turning over the engine. I opened the hood and noticed that the starter was in fact turning over the motor but no resistance. I took off the timing belt inspection cover and the belt is not broken. It appears that their is no compression on any cylinder? I did use a compression tester on just one cylinder and 0 compression. What do you guys think, jumped time? I can't even conceive that all of the connecting rods are broken. Could it have over heated so badly that all the rings are toast? Holes in the pistons from hitting the valves? I also did discover that there was no water showing in the radiator, but the overflow was full.

How many miles are on it? It sounds like the belt either jumped timing or it stripped the teeth off the timing belt.
