So i swapped the EGR Vacuum Switching Solenoid Valve on my 2003 Montero Sport, but i snapped off one of the ends on the valve beside the EGR solenoid. My local car shop has no idea what it is. basically has two hoses connecting to it. Hard to see right now because it's so dark outside to take pics.

About know what it is call? So i can wlak to the store and get the part?

It could be purge control solenoid.
