Default Leaking radiator at plastic elbow

Hi everyone, I just bought a 2003 Montero Sport LS and have a significant radiator leak. I'm replacing the radiator this weekend, but have read online that the same leak can occur immediately with replacement radiators due to the 4 bolts that fix this joint not being properly tightened.

The leak is between the plastic outlet elbow and the body of the radiator, shown in the pictures below.

My question is, does anyone know the torque spec of these 4 bolts? I want to make sure this fitting is securely fastened before I replace the radiator, as it seems to be a known leak point.
I've checked my service manual, called the local Mitsubishi dealerships, called DENSO who supplies the radiator, and called CryoMax who supplies the radiator to DENSO. Nobody has any idea what the torque spec is. I'm worried I'll overtighten and crack the plastic or crush a gasket (if there even is one). Other than tightening the bolts, is there anything else I could do to make sure this joint holds? Epoxy?

Thanks!
