Default lighting help

How's it going guys (and girls of couse), just seeing if someone can help me out with my 2002 monty sport that's been driving me crazy for awhile now.I've been having problems with my cluster and rear running lights not coming on sometimeswhen I turn on my head lights, this happens about 7 out of ten times I turn them on.Some times they'll turn on fine and while I'm driving just shut off by themselves. No problems with my head lights they work great but for some reason its just my rear running lights and my cluster lights. I've already tried replacing the fuse so I know thats not it.Has anyone heard of this problem or think maybe it could be a relay or something? Really appreciate any input last thing I want to do is take it in and have it trouble shot for a wiring problem cause from what I understand that can get pricey... thanks
