I took my turck in to get the oil changed, They took the oil out, put a new filter on, started it up.. (yes, they forgot to put oil back in). So the ended up "Replacing the hole motor" only prop is it keeps braking down, and i am sure they did not really change out the motor, i think they tryed to rebuild it, which is not what the law requires. So i am looking for a block vin or any other way to see if the motor is new or not.
