Default OBD II code P0125

My 2000 Montero Sport LS did not pass the SMOG, and by using the scanner; code P0125 appeard which stands for: Insufficient Coolant Temperature For Closed Loop Fuel Control.

I did change the thermostat, O2 Sensors, Temperature Sensor, Temperature Switch, filled up the coolant but without any good result; the code still exist after reseting.

We tried one thing yesterday, We removed all the connectors on the PCM for almost 1hr and then connected, the service engine sign went off. And came back next day.

I don't know what to do??

Please Help.

check for maybe exhaust leaks or intake leaks. I think that could throw that code also.
