Mitsubishi Montero & Montero Sport This sport utility vehicle offers more size than the other Mitsubishi SUVs, but manages to keep a sporty look and comfortable feel, unlike many larger SUVs.

I haven't done the exact height measurement before and after the kit install, but looking at the tire wells.. Man i'm impressed!

Talking Mudstero fun

'01 Montero, 168k, OME 2" lift kit. Fun to drive on and off the road. This photo is from a day of playing with friends out in the mountains. Usually my Monty is a lot cleaner

I got it off ebay. Here's the link. Mitsubishi Montero Limited Rear Bumper Guard Single Pipe Bumper Protector Bar | eBay

It gives me peace of mind when my rear goes down on something hard.

Nice rig, you guys are lucky, we don't get the new Monteros in the U.S. anymore (Pajeros) for you guys. 2006 was the last year we got them.

I agree, it takes long time to clean the beast after playing in the mud. It took me couple of hours with a pressure washer to get the mud off. Couple weeks later i was under the truck and found a ton more there
Still, the fun is worth the price for it.
