problem with speedometer and RV meter

I have had a problem for a few months. When changing the stock radio to an Android one, I used a jack and the speedometer and RV meter data stopped working. I have checked everything I can and have had no success. According to the manual, the signal sent by the AT ECU is positive (+), a situation that does occur in my case, but the instruments do not work. On the contrary, if I connect a negative signal (-) both instruments show movement. Does anyone know if maybe they shorted? My vehicles is a 2014 Montero Sport G2.
