Hi I just got a 1999 Montero Sport and I can't figure out how to remove the panels so that I can install an aftermarket stereo. Can anyone explain to me how to do this??

You might have already figured it out by now but you need to pry the trim around the a/c control unit. it's easier from the passenger side. you dont neet to remove it completely just enough to pry the radio trim piece off since it sits slightly underneath. once you remove this piece you will see the screws holding the radio in place, remove those and your done. I do Highly recomend going to best buy and purchasing the radio wire harness. it will make your install much easier.
