Shift points for auto transmission

Shift points for auto transmission
Does anyone know the RPM shift points for a 1989 Montero with auto transmission? It is suppose to be a 4 speed auto but mine only seems to shift twice (3 speeds). I have checked to make sure I didn't inadvertly turn off the overdrive.
I know these don't get the best gas mileage but this could be making it even worse.
