I have seen a couple exhaust upgrades done to the Montero and I'm looking to do something similar. I'm wondering what would be the best option to give mine a nice sound? Not worried about added power just looking to enhance the sound.

 

i also have a 2004 montero limited, all i did was swap out the oem muffler for a flowmaster 40 series, then had the pipe changed out to 2 1/2" from the muffler all the way back and deleted the last muffler out by the bumper. This set up gives the 3.8 L engine a nice growl, but not to crazy loud.
