Strong Vibration at Low Speeds when in 5th Gear

Hi hhubka,
The light is the one between the 4 wheel drive green ones on the dash. I appreciate your input, and I will definitely check the vacuum hose that you mentioned. Also, I'll have the differential fluid replaced, just to be sure of that, as I bought this truck used with 169K on it, but in good shape. I just had the plugs and wires replaced, and new valve cover gaskets and spark plug O rings replaced. Quite the job!
Also, I'm gonna have the tranny mount replaced, as I've heard that will add the other vibration that I have, but tolerable.
I did unhook the battery, and reset the computers, and it does seem to be working better now. BTW, the Shudder Fix from NAPA that was added, absolutely did the trick on the torque converter! That was the problem.
