Default Suspension information

hey all quick question. i bought the old man emu springs for my 02 limited Montero both back and front.

I will be replacing my struts soon but was wondering the rear suspension is it just shocks?

im looking for some cheaper struts/shocks for the Montero since the original ones are pretty worn.

I know you get what you pay for but most of my cash went for the tires that we're needed then the springs.

thanks

jp

I used Old Man Emu shocks and springs when I raised mine. I'm sure there are other options, but you have to do some research to a balance of good vs. costly. Since you are going to take old shocks off, you may want to replace the bushings that are in place where shocks and body bolted together. On a 2002, the old bushing will be dry and cracked.
