the ice looks good...choose somthin that goes good with the cars body.....the green/purple id go for......and yea im sure any 6 lug rim can fit on a monty....i test fitted some on mine no problem
I've always used the purple/green Mirage in the past. I usually also tone down Stage 2 (the purple/green coloration) so that it's much fainter (ghost like), that way one would initially think the rim is just black, but when ya take a second look THEN you realize it has a faint chameleon-effect. I then double up on Stage 3 (Gloss Clearcoat) with extra coatings to make a deep shine.

The Ice, I think I'll save that for a trim coloration (like a spear accent down side of monty, or accent on a feature on the rim). Altho, it's another option to shoot the whole rim like some OE's do with their special edition rims. Perfect example is when Ford painted the '93 Cobra turbo-vane wheels (and the similar 94-95 Thunderbird optional rims) entirely in a color that I'd call white pearl.

As long as it uses 6x5.5 bolt circle, yeah. Just did more research on TireRack.com. Still not sure of the OE backspacing, but will pull one of the stock wheels off my monty and measure it. Come to think of it, i'd better also measure the 20's too.

Well, gotta go, have fun and be nice.

Yup, finished polishing the 20's and they all have some chrome problems of varying degrees. They've been in the garage for over a year so have started to rust under the chrome. This ruined the chrome so that it looked like a terminal case of sunburn flakes. This is most prevalent in the area around the base of the spokes on the lip.

I've pretty much decided to paint the suckers. About the only part that I might retain the chrome is the outer flat portions of the lip. The rest of the wheel will be painted purple/green, with Ice on the detail trims. I'll post a picture with a photoshopped planned paint job map. Later, after I finish the paint job, I'll post a after-picture. However, I dont know how long that will take as I'm working my *** off at work at the moment, lol.
