Hey guys, new to the forum.

My sister has a 2003 Outlander with the Infinity sound system. Her CD player has been on the fritz for a couple months, so I got hera new aftermarket unit for Christmas. Before I go and buy the wrong wiring harness or tear apart the dash without having everything, I need to know if this system has a factory amplifier or not. Also, if someone could point me to the correct harness I need to purchase, I would really appreciate it. I really don't want my parents to waste an extra $70 to have the thing installed by a shop.

 

So nobody here has a first gen Outlander with an aftermarket Head Unit??? Is there a walkthrough for this kind of install anywhere? I tried searching the forum and came up empty, so if someone could point me in the right direction, it would be a big help
