'06 outlander clutch needed (?) - bearing noise?

'06 outlander clutch needed (?) - bearing noise?
So my outlander has a rattle going on when the clutch is 'out'. Dealership tells me its a transmission bearing, warranty, no problem.
However, they are also suggesting that they should replace the clutch whilst they are in there, save me the labour, but $400 in parts...
only 81,000 km - 50,000 miles.
