Hi,

did a full search and all the links seem to be too old and the hosted photos are no longer available. Anyone have pics of what the Outlander looks like with functional inner tail lights? Anywhere this can be purchased yet? Or a DIY available? I did find one shot of a photo but forgot which thread it was in and now I can't find it again. It's too bad the car didn't come with LED inner tail lights. How much more could it have really cost. I have a new 2010 XLS btw and loving it!!!....minus the lame inner tail light.

 

The only place I've seen it done is from Japan. Its DIY and there is no kit.... yet

 

Someone on a forum did it and posted instructions quite a while back...I can't recall where or the link, but it looked to be hard and involved wiring lots of LEDs in place and creating circuitry/running wires through the top hatch.

 

Thanks, that's the photo I found too. I have not been able to find any other photos. wish there was a DIY on this site. Anyone have any idea where that DIY can be found?
