I didn't really notice during the test drive but I noticed after buying the vehicle that my doors do not lock when I put it in drive. But you can set it to unlock when I put it in park. Is there something wrong with my vehicle or does the vehicle not lock when driving. I know it is a stupid question but why does the vehicle have a setting to auto unlock if it doesn't lock automatically in the beginning.

 

No, it does not automatically lock when you put it in drive/reach a certain MPH. Some people like it, some don't.

 

Nothing wrong with the vehicle. The default behavior is not to lock when in drive.
I believe that the owners manual states that this behavior can be reprogrammed by the dealer.
