same2003 car at the dealer in NJ.just made recall for fan controller, but fans still not work ( never on ) and if i switch on A/C it canoverheats. dealer would like i pay for fans change but I think fans broken becouse old fan controller work wrong.
Ken Wright did you fix your car ?
Any advice please
