Default 2007 Outlander 3.0 V6s Engine Oil Capacity ?

About time to do an oil change on my 07 Outlander with the 3.0 V6 engine. Wondering what is the actual or about liters of engine oil it will take with a oil filter change.

Thanks

I usually put about 4.5quarts in, here in the US they are sold in quarts. Online conversion puts that at 4.2L. 5 quarts is 4.7L. I put 4.5quarts in, then check it a day or so later to see if it needs any more.

Close Obakemono but you mixed up the units.

ShortyRider check the sticky with "workshop manual" in the thread title to get your own copy. Section 12-2 talks about lubrication quantities.

The manual says 4.3dm^3 which is a fancy way to say Litres or 4.5qt for total oil.
Of that 0.3L or 0.32qt is held by the oil filter.
