Default Steering Wheel Off a Few Degrees

I have just over 3000km on my new 2010 Outlander and have noticed that the steering wheel is off a few degrees to the left. The alignment seems perfect as I can drive perfectly straight stretches without having to touch the steering wheel (once adjusted to the left to go straight) and the the ride is smooth as butter. I don't think it was like it right from the dealership as new but can't be totally sure now.

Is this an issue with Outlanders or should I have the dealer look at it?

As best as I can tell my steering wheel is dead center when going in a straight line, but this is just me eyeballing it and not actually measuring it with an instrument.

If you take your Outlander to a shop that does alignment checks (some do the checks for free) they should be able to tell you how far off, if any, it is.

With new car, I would go see the dealer and get them to fix it.. They'll do it and you can stop worrying about it.
