Can someone please tell the DIY steps on how to fix a steering wheel that is off by around 10 degrees to the right. Thanks a lot.

 

Thats going to be a pretty labor intensive job to disable the airbag, remove the wheel and reinstall. I suggest you go to a reputable alignment shop first and make sure everything is correct in the front end first. Should be done at least at every tire change and its cheap.
