a true fuel injector cleaner has to be perform with proper device...
they disconnect fuel from gas tank to engine, and connect a device that contains "fuel injector cleaner", then start the engine and let it run on the cleaner itself. this will be a proper fuel injector cleaner service. purpose of this to clean the injectors only...
what some people thinks is that dealer just pour this chemical into the gas tank and thats all...that is probably a fuel system cleaner...which anyone could do.... you could go to an automotive store and buy it for 20 dollars or so and just pour it in...but doesnt work very well. there are no mechanics inside a can! save the money and spend in on gas...

I have an '08 XLS with 55k miles and the power steering on this one and my previous '07 XLS was like butter. I recently noticed the '08's steering had gotten tighter so I drained the reservoir and put in new fluid. I noticed an improvement after a few days of driving, but then it went back to being stiffer than before.
Anyone else have this problem, and if so, what did you do about it?
Thanks
