Hi guys.

I have a 2007 Outlander (Jap import) Issue I'm encountering is that the third row headrests (attached via hinge) one of them doesn't fold all the way down, it feels like it's being caught on something halfway. This prevents the backplate from folding down properly and it's not level when the seats are stowed away.

Do you have any idea how I can proceed to fix this without destroying it?

 

I thought you had to remove headrests for the backs to fold flat, I do on a 2014 outlander
